Customer Support Representative I

Location: Atlantic City, NJ

Employment Class: Full-Time Regular

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Hourly - SCA

Position Summary:

Advancia Government Services (a federal government contractor) seeks a Customer Service Representative in Atlantic City, NJ to provide administrative and clerical support. This is not a remote position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Typical daily functions may include, but are not limited to:

• Basic office support, such as telephone answering, copying documents, generating and distributing reports
• Data entry utilizing company systems to complete transactions needed to maintain customer records

Education & KSA Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• Computer use – basic proficiency and excellent key boarding skills
• Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Keyboard 40+ WPM
• Knowledge of Archibus Facilities Management Software (AFMS) and Configuration Accounting Information Retrieval System (CAIRS) preferred but not required

Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands:

• The work is generally sedentary but there may be some walking, standing, bending or climbing and carrying of small and light objects.
