Summary:

The CSC is responsible for providing a positive and upbeat first impression to our Guests. The CSS will handle all inbound and outbound calls for Up Your Alley and Sky Zone.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Guest service

• Field incoming calls and greet in person guests.
• Respond to questions about the facility, general pricing, birthday parties, food and beverage, hours of operation, location, etc..
• Serve as the first point of contact for guest inquiries over phone, via email and/or with in person walk-ins.
• Provide exceptional service to our guests through product knowledge, the understanding and gathering of the guests needs and requirements.
• Ensure that complete and accurate information is provided to guests.

Sales

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads, follow-ups, and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Book parties and group events, ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue goals are exceeded.
• Complete confirmation calls to Party Parents/ Event Guests prior to event date.
• Upsell parties to obtain maximum revenue while best catering to the guests’ needs.
• Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and events that may be of interest.
• Ask for referrals.

Administration

• Prepares weekly reports.
• Data entry as needed.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Updates relief staff on any pertinent information at the end of the shift.
• Assists management in general office work.
• Assist management with inventory of event supplies.
• Check Waivers (Participant Agreements) for parties and/or events.
• Complete and gather donation requests.
• Performs other related duties as required

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
