The Position: We’re looking for an experienced customer service specialist. This person will work closely with our sales reps and customer support manager to collect, enter, and process concession orders. This position plays an integral role in building customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience with order entry and invoicing
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • High regard for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and co-workers

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and invoices
  • Contact existing customers for orders and upselling opportunities
  • Answer inbound calls from internal and external customers
  • Open and maintain customer accounts
  • Track and maintain serialized equipment
  • Assist Service Department with scheduling equipment installations
