Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Customer Service Representative Lead position in Bentonville. The CSR lead demonstrates advanced knowledge of internal concepts and practices, including the integrated care model with specialization working with complex assignments. The CSR lead is able assume responsibility for achievement of team goals, providing implementation, instruction and support in order to reach them. The CSR lead typically works independently on complex work assignments, reviews progress made on weekly team tasks, evaluates results and updates CSR Supervisor as appropriate. The CSR Lead will work directly with the CSR Supervisor and the Director of Clinical Operations to improve the agency’s support staff functions and client experience. This position will support clinics in Benton and Washington counties. Travel throughout the two counties is required.
At least two years of related experience is required, along with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates should have excellent presentation and communications skills, good time management skills, and the ability to anticipate agency needs engage in solving problems.
Work Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No phone calls please.
