Windham Professionals, Inc., a national account receivable management and customer care company, is hiring Full-Time M-F daytime schedule, 100% work-from-home to take inbound calls as a Customer Service Representative – Call Center (SCA Wage Rate $15.00 per hour plus $4.80 per hour up to 40 hours weekly for Health & Welfare Subsidy) remote in Salt Lake City, Eureka, Bountiful, Clearfield and Farmington, Utah in the following counties: Salt Lake, Tooele, Juab, and Davis, to work from home.

The Customer Service Representative is accountable for taking incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our client’s customers. The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison, provides information, and resolves any issues or concerns that customers may encounter with accuracy, discretion, and efficiency. The goal is to ensure excellent customer service standards and high customer satisfaction to customers with the highest level of confidentiality.

Job Functions

  • Complete all required training and apply information to performance of duties
  • Efficiently and effectively service incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries to include but not limited to questions and complaints
  • Provide valid and accurate information to customers with the resources and tools provide
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies of Windham and the client
  • Reinforce high customer service standards to maintain excellent customer satisfaction
  • Handle all methods of communication in a transparent and professional manner
  • Accurately document each call activity in accordance with client specifications
  • Consistently perform job duties and tasks achieving expected productivity and quality metrics
  • Collaborate with team to identify trends and or issues based upon service activities

Qualifications

  • Ability to organize information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented aptitude
  • Effective communication / time management skills
  • Superior customer service skills for dealing with internal/external customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while multi-tasking
  • Ability to escalate calls that cannot be answered by training material or by FAQ’s (frequently asked questions)
  • Must submit to and pass pre-employment background check to include additional government clearance
  • Must not have any current defaulted student loans
  • Federal government COVID-19 vaccination requirements apply

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent written and listening skills, friendly, positive attitude, demonstrated ability to follow instruction
  • Knowledge and/or previous experience of the specific clients’ businesses a plus
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish speaking a plus
  • Knowledgeable with navigating computer systems
