Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative will handle customer requests and assist the Sales team with requests such as order entry, order status, quotes, and other duties as needed.
Main Accountabilities
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Strong clerical and administrative support skills.
· Must possess a solid working knowledge of MS Office products. Strong
background in Excel required.
· Ability to work independently with multiple priorities.
· Ability to manage day-to-day office responsibilities in a busy team environment.
· Prior customer service or customer focused work experience is preferred.
· Other duties as assigned
