Customer Service Specialist

This person will be the responsible for specific accounts. They will follow all their orders from A-Z, so they need to be organized and a responsible person. Accountability is key.

Basic outline of responsibilities:

• Entering orders
• Verifying pricing is accurate
• Print delivery documents
• Invoicing daily
• Meeting deadlines in a timely fashion
• Daily and monthly filing
• Communication with customers on orders or backorders

Requirements:

• Work well in a team environment
• A self-driven individual with outstanding integrity, willing to take responsibility for his or her own actions and performance
• Likes to problem solve
• Ability to multitask a variety of responsibilities
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills with ability and desire to learn more

Recommended Skills or Special Abilities:

• Knowledge of computer software systems including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to analyze and research to resolve issues.
• Working directly with the customers, and ability to answer questions
• Ability to interact and communicate with a wide variety of people.
• Takes the extra step to make sure the client is more than satisfied
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying responsibilities and shifting priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
