Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
· Work with hospital accounts from beginning to end of the product approval process and sales cycle.
· Make inbound/outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing clients.
· Demonstrate benefits and how the product works through live webinars to key decision-makers.
· Conduct in-person training and provide step by step, hands-on training to all end users.
· Identify areas for an opportunity such as expansion into other areas and finding new champions.
· Establish and build long-lasting client relationships.
· Must be willing and able to travel to provide support and product training as needed.
Relevant Work Experience:
· 1 – 2 years of Customer Service Representative experience required.
· Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Ability to wear multiple hats. Must be a go-getter!
· Proven history of strong work ethic, success, and longevity in prior work environments.
· Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $48,000.00 per year
