LaRose Industries LLC (Cra-Z-Art), a manufacturer and distributor of Toys, Arts & Crafts and Stationery products located in Randolph, NJ is seeking a is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep.

Responsibilities:

-Prepare quote sheets for customers.

-Work with sales force to ensure customers’ orders are processed and shipped on time.

-Upload information and documents to customers’ portals.

-Review and manage out of stock and back-ordered inventory.

Requirements: (These are necessary requirements. Resumes without them will not be considered)

-BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience assisting sales force with major retail customer orders.

- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with major retailers’ portals (Retail Link, Partners online) a plus.
