Responsibilities:
  • Supervises a team of account representatives / account representative seniors.
  • With more senior staff, develops and implements policies and procedures.
  • Trains and familiarizes new Sales Account Representatives with established policies, practices, products and services. Provides customer service to variety of customers over the telephone and in person.
  • This position handles the most complex problems and inquiries and provides product expertise and advice to customer service staff and clients.
  • Resolves customer specific technical issues with limited problem solving precedent.
  • Researches, analyzes, and resolves complex service issues for agents and insured's.
  • Accesses multiple systems for detailed claim, underwriting, and workflow information from a computer workstation.
  • Will oversee the development and delivery of training for account representatives.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience required.

Preferred: Industry license preferred.

Behaviors: Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks.
