Job Summary

• The HME Customer Service Representative is accountable for serving as an on-site resource for services and processing referrals/sales/rentals as appropriate for branch location.
• Contacts the appropriate service line representative when additional services and/or specific information is requested.
• Is consistently alert to customer's needs and brings information to the Leadership Team planning effort.

Education and/or Experience

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $17.50 - $21.25 per hour
