Job description

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction

• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and adapt well to change

• Process purchase orders in a timely, accurate and efficient manner

• Receive customer service calls

• Provide shipping/delivery information to customers and factory, as needed\

• Check stock and provide inventory, as necessary

• Coordinate with factory to determine production schedule

• Respond to inquiries via phone or email accurately, promptly and effectively

• Provide freight estimates and quotes

• Coordinate routing with freight logistics companies

• Communicate effectively with Dealers, Reps, internal and external customers

• Other administrative functions and duties as needed and assigned by management

Job Qualifications:

• Must demonstrate strong customer relations skills and be a team player

• High School diploma and 2-5 years experience in related area or Bachelor’s degree in related field, from a regionally accredited college/university

• Must be able to multi-task with daily activities

• Professional communication skills required

• Must be Self-motivated

• Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Prioritization and decision-making skill

• Capable of working with little supervision

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member in a cooperative yet assertive fashion with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• Fuquay-Varina, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
