Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative - $16.00/hour / work from home / Met Ed / FirstEnergy
*You willl be required to complete training on-site and in-person at their Reading, PA location*
After completing 8-10 weeks of paid on-site training to ensure success, you will:
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers
- Respond to service-related questions and resolve any customer concerns
- Handle billing-related questions, take payments, and assist customers with payment options
Weather related outages may require extended hours beyond normal business hours
