We are actively hiring for Will Call Customer Service Operations Rep for our plant in Saddle Brook, NJ

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Manages multi-line telephone system efficiently in a professional manner and demonstrates sound judgment when appropriately triaging phone calls; providing assistance with respect and courtesy.
  • Pro-actively ensures timely communication of delivery date or issues to customer
  • Liaises with other parts of the supply chain to meet customer needs and to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Provide a high level of Customer Service to all customers, both internal and external
  • Negotiate cost with customers to keep product received in error or poor quality based on guidelines set by the department to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Experience in customer service, call center, retail or hospitality
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Windows environment
  • Srong multitasking and follow through skills
  • Consistent organization skills and the ability to manage daily task list
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change, willing to roll-up sleeves and accomplish any task
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
  • Excellent writing and typing skills
  • Exhibit above average communication skills, and be able to work across different channels including email, phone, and live chat
  • Be able to learn our proprietary software system and work within the software to ensure accurate data management
  • Provide exceptionally friendy, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service at all times
  • Work as a member of a team to accomplish team duties and tasks on a daily and weekly basis
  • Some weekend work will be required
  • 2 years experience in customer service, call center, retail or hospitality.
