We are currently seeking a Showroom Assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in our showroom, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

In many cases, this position will be the first contact with our clients.

The ideal candidate must:

• Be punctual and reliable
• Present themselves in a professional manner
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Possess exceptional phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
• Be extremely well organized and pay attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in our showroom
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department
• Provide information to customers about our products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Manage appointment calendar and incoming leads
• General showroom maintenance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
