Position Overview
Under the general direction of the Department Supervisor –performs a wide range of customer service, sales order administration and data entry responsibilities.
Essential Job Functions
· Learns all company software and how to search for information
· Backup switchboard with incoming calls
· Answer service calls for the divisional and customer inquiries, schedules service appointments
· Enters and updates all sales orders
· Enters jobs in system, securing sales order numbers
· Invoicing of all sales orders
· Process and coordinate paperwork flow between divisions
· Create spreadsheets for projects upon request
· Learns other divisional procedures and backs up other associates as required
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
· Proficiency in MS Office software packages, MAS 500 preferred
· High School diploma or GED
Other skills/abilities
· Ability to multi-task
· Excellent inter-personal skills
· Team player
· Ability to reason – anticipating how to diffuse difficult situations
· Strong attention to detail
· Reviews data for incomplete or inconsistent information
· Excellent organization and time management
