Basic Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement- Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Business, Engineering, or related degree

Position Description

Arconic is currently in search of a Customer Success Manager to manage and lead our North American inside sales organization for Aluminum Extrusions, AEX, in Lafayette, Indiana.

JOB DESCRIPTION-
This department is responsible for the entire quotation process that includes both presales and marketing, order management, quote follow up and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing world class customer service.
The Arconic facility in Lafayette focuses on Aluminum Extrusions (AEX) and serves the global aerospace and automotive markets with the most specialized engineering, highest quality, and the greatest breadth and depth of forgings and extrusions. Our vertically integrated capabilities and deep materials science expertise in aluminum and titanium structural casting is taking the industry to new heights. This Business Unit is also home to our suite of direct and hybrid additive offerings.

Primary Responsibilities
- Providing the highest level of expertise in managing and directing the Inside Sales organization.
- Motivating, training, developing and providing professional growth for the ISR's and Team Leads.
- Engage with both Sales Teams, Leadership and Marketing Teams to facilitate value added conversations and opportunities in the marketplace while maintaining Sales Team as key face to external customers.
- Build Relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and across functions, Suppliers, Commercial Partners, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.
- Report and present to Commercial Lead Team and Executive Lead Team implications of various business decisions utilizing key commercial metrics (AR, FCF, Rev, Margin) and the resulting impacts on these metrics.

- Developing, merging, and implementing procedures and systems to be used by the Inside Sales and Marketing/Presales organization to allow for sharper, quicker service to our customer base.
- Handling/resolving customer complaints including interfacing directly with customers, sales representatives, and plant personnel on customer service issues.
- Own and develop procedures, policies, and processes to reconcile customer Account Receivables (A/R) and Unadjusted Items. This includes leading all activity and reporting for AEX commercial surrounding any deductions, overpayments, claims, quality credits, collections of past due ARI’s, receivables, etc.
- Must lead, provide solutions and take actions as necessary to optimize cash flow.
- Approving, improving and maintaining all Arconic IT computer systems related to Customer Service & Marketing/Presales as a user of those systems. Ensures Oracle/EBS compliance as required to meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Ensuring Quality systems compliance (QS-9000, TS16949, etc.) in the customer service/inside sales activities.
- Ensuring compliance of external customers customer service requirements, including interfacing with external customer computer systems and customer portals.
- Monitors and reports regularly on Customer Service & Marketing/Presales performance related to external customers and internal process.
- Manage all budget activity associated within your departments.
- As staffing & workload require, this position may temporarily fill-in & assume the duties of an Inside Sales Representative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
