As an independent Educational Technology company located in the Lehigh Valley, we know the critical importance of excellent Customer Relations! We want to find a Customer Relations Manager to join our in-office team who will provide the level of support our clients have come to expect - providing program details, implementation guidelines and functionality for our growing customer base.
Our search is designed to locate the Customer Relations Manager who can engage and resolve any issues that teachers and principals might face - with accuracy and efficiency. We know that the best Customer Relations Specialists are genuinely excited to help and can be patient, empathetic whether in phone or email conversations. Because we value customer feedback we rely on our Customer Relations to gather candid comments from our user base. Problem-solving and troubleshooting will require ferreting out the right information needed to resolve customer needs. We want to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, build long-lasting relationships, and maintain high level of satisfaction in the ed tech community.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Identify and assess schools’ requirements to satisfy their needs
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with educators through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives promptly; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication best practices
- Train and familiarize educators and administrators to our product
- Travel to local conferences and represent our company
- Take the extra mile to engage our educator community
Skills
- Proven customer support experience
- Confident and cheerful phone presence and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High degree of familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Knowledge of MailChimp, or similar, preferred
- Ability to adjust focus to the different paces and demands of the school year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
