Heiser Ford Lincoln in Glendale Wisconsin has immediate openings for Customer Experience Specialists. New General Manager, Blain Boudreau, is seeking professional individuals who demonstrate strong customer service skills, are detail and quality oriented, and have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction.

What we expect from you:
  • A willingness to learn and attend all virtual and in person training
  • Assist management with the sales and delivery of new and preowned vehicles
  • Make our customers happy by listening, treating them with respect, and educating them on their vehicle's features
  • A great attitude and team mentality
What you need:
  • Valid WI Drivers License
  • Customer service experience is great but not necessary for the right person
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • You MUST BE a team player as well as a self-starter who can work independently
  • You need the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
