We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic team members with a hunger for Business Development to join our growing team in a Customer Development Executive role. Our strategy is simple, we want to be the best global supply chain provider and we want the right person to join our journey and contribute to our story.

The Role

  • Being a pivotal member of the Branch, focusing on leading from the front and bringing new solutions to our existing customers, never accepting mediocrity
  • Supporting your customers as their business grows with ours
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help customers expand
  • Learning and selling continuous improvement solutions and becoming a trusted advisor to our customers
  • Supporting internal operations teams, productivity reporting, generatring KPI reports, developing ansd presenting GRIs (General Rate Increase) and QBRs (Quaterly Business Review), FION reporting.

As well as the above, this role has the freedom and encouragement to proactively seek out and develop future initiatives. All this is done from within an autonomous, close-knit, supportive, ambitious and fun TEAM environment.

  • Data driven individual, with experience presenting large amounts of data graphically through analytics tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • 1 - 2 years' prior related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
