We are looking for a Customer Care Center Representative who will work with our Retail Team to provide exceptional customer service to our customers and team members. This position is responsible for ensuring that customer’s banking needs are handled in a friendly, accurate, and timely manner. This is accomplished by utilizing a variety of services and tools available. The Customer Care Center Team is the Bank’s telephone ambassador, creating a positive experience that directly contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty. Our new team member will professionally handle a large volume of inbound and occasional outbound telephone calls. Including handling customer account transactions with accuracy and sense of urgency.

Two+ years of banking experience is required, with call center experience preferred. To best serve our customers, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required. The ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy is essential to all Mascoma Bank team members!

This position can be located at our Operation Center in White River Junction, VT or our Charlestown Branch in New Hampshire. The Schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM. There will also be a required two weekends per month with Saturday hours 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM and Sunday hours 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM.
