Job description
This position is Full-Time - 40 hours/wk: Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Empty the trash compactor and dispose of trash accordingly.
- Keep all common areas and building perimeter free of trash.
- Assist maintenance team with assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable).
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to maintenance staff.
- Represent the community in a professional manner at all times while on property.
- Immediately report all unsafe conditions.
Requirements:
- Neat and professional appearance demeanor throughout the workday.
- Demonstrate ability to perform tasks described above without assistance.
- Attendance is essential.
Experience: Custodians: 1 year (Preferred)
