Job description

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
a. Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of all restrooms in Association buildings, parks, and golf course restrooms as required.
b. Washes all windows in Association buildings as required.
c. Vacuums all rugs and carpets in Association buildings as required.
d. Cleans and all floors in Association buildings as required.
e. Cleans all walls in Association buildings as required.
f. Moves furniture, tables and chairs as required.
g. Cleans walkways and deck of debris as required.
h. Replenishes all supplies in restrooms as required.
i. Pick up all trash in receptacles as required.
j. Does minor repairs as needed.
k. Keeps records of man hours on individual tasks.
l. Any other duties as may be required and/or requested.

Supervision Received:
a. From Director of Parks and Recreation and Custodial Supervisor

Education and Experience:
a. Must possess a valid California Drivers License.
b. Must be able to read and understand written instructions.
c. Prior experience commensurate with duties of job desirable.
