Responsibilities:
- Clean and care for entire property or assigned areas to ensure a well-groomed, welcoming, safe and healthy setting for all
- Keep property neat and clean which includes sweeping, operating blowers, emptying trash
- Perform routine cleaning and janitorial requests as assigned
Qualifications:
- Friendly, courteous and enthusiastic disposition with outstanding customer service skills
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products and equipment
- Ability to read and understand labels and instructions
- Ability to handle physical workload which includes 10-20 pounds regularly, 25-50 pounds frequently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and enjoy fast-paced environment
