Spectra Food Services & Hospitality partners with Winstar Casino to provide hospitality guest services at Gran Via Buffet and Red River Grill. Our goal is to provide our guests with a GREAT experience when they join us for a meal. As part of providing this experience, we need crew members!

About the Crew Member Position at Red River Grill

Our crew members work together in a team environment to serve our guests by preparing of all types of quick service food items, processing guests food and beverage purchases, and keeping the quick service venue clean and stocked.

Essential Functions

• Greets guests and efficiently processes food and beverage orders and purchases through the Point of Sale (POS) System.
• Maintains accountability and security of individual cash drawers.
• Communicates in a positive and respectful manner to both internal and external guests.
• Responsible for providing high quality, fresh hot and cold food items using standardized recipes and methods of preparation.
• Maintains a neat and orderly food prep environment by cleaning immediately following preparation.

• Performs job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes waste and improves financial performance
• Prepares individual food items on a consistent basis with little or no variation in terms of appearance and taste as it relates to single food items.

• Maintains ability and willingness to prepare all or nearly all food items sold by the enterprise according to recipe.
• Replenishes prep line food items as necessary to ensure proper presentation and availability for guests.
• Must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events and varied schedules including weekends and holidays per business need.

• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
• Works well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or related Food Service Job Experience.
• Experience and/or professional training through a culinary education or working in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant/catering facility, full service casual dining preferred.
• All employees must obtain a valid gaming license from the State Gaming Agency and Tribal Gaming Office prior to beginning work and are required to have the license renewed every other year.
