We provide practical, strategic and tactical management solutions to public and private sector clients in the areas of Human Capital and Workforce Development, Organizational Change Management and more. OBAN is currently searching for Course Trainer/Instructor located in the DC metro area. This position is an independent contractor (1099) position which will facilitate 3-5 day courses on a quarterly basis (at most).
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

• documented experience and technical expertise in teaching topic areas including leadership development, innovation and design, human resources and problem and process improvement.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (MA, MS, or PHD preferred), preferably in leadership development, organization development, consulting, public administration, or related fields and a minimum of three years of experience instructing audiences of 20-100 using adult learning methodologies.
• Presenters may be asked to provide documented expertise in the form of peer-reviewed publications or previous speaking engagements in topical areas related to the topic areas identified above.
• Instructors may be asked to provide evidence (e.g. – video recordings, evaluation data) of the ability to effectively deliver instruction to audiences of 20- 100 using adult learning methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading strategic planning, process improvement, organizational change effort, and/or conflict management interventions.
