This is professional work of an administrative nature involving the review, analysis, evaluation, monitoring and coordination of the Children and Adolescent Service System Program (CASSP) for Washington County. A primary focus of this position is the coordination of care for at-risk youth who are involved in multi-systems by having CASSP meetings to develop a multi-system service plan that will meet the individualized needs of the child and family. Under the supervision of the Mental Health Program Director, the CASSP Coordinator provides duties and responsibilities necessary to facilitate inter-agency meetings for children or adolescents who are involved in multiple service systems in order to assist in the development of a collaborative service plan, follow-up with team members to assure implementation, and provide ongoing assessment of the effectiveness of the service plan. The CASSP Coordinator provides technical assistance to contract and service providers, interprets rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and provides advice regarding overall policies and program objectives.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment.- Work hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of professional level experience in the field of mental health; and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- You must pass a background investigation.
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and drug screening.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
