- Welcome and identify customer needs.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Enter customer orders into the computer.
- Pull customer products from the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
- Invoice customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service.
- Preferred background related to electrical or supply. (Lowes or Home Depot)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
