The incumbent prepares food and/or bakery products according to established policies and procedures to assure quality food service is provided to patients, staff and visitors. Assists in training new employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. High school graduate or GED.

1. Plan and prepare all types of food and baked products according to standardized recipes.

2. Follow production orders as established.

6. Maintain established quality standards.

7. Participates in training of new employees in their duties.
