Entry-Level Tick & Mosquito Specialist/Technician

Pure Solutions – Upper Valley NH/VT

Pure Solutions has been providing clients with all-natural and organic alternatives to tick and mosquito control in New Hampshire since 2011. We are currently seeking field specialists (spray technicians) to learn the life cycles, habitats, and behaviors of ticks and mosquitoes, and also perform chemical-free property applications from March/April through November. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply safe organic products to residential and commercial properties according to schedule, safety procedures, and instructions.
• Drive company vehicle to multiple locations throughout the day under limited supervision.
• Understand and discuss the scope of services provided to assist in sales to current customers and neighbors.
• Complete production reports, new sales forms, customer invoice forms, daily vehicle inspection report, and cancel/skip notices as required daily.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance.
• Identify up-serve opportunities and present additional services to existing customers based on customer needs.
• Obtain required state pesticide applicator licenses. Paid training and all study materials provided

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Willing to train, entry-level and general laborer candidates welcome.

• Professionalism and commitment to customer service.
• Good physical condition.
• A valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated and driven for excellence.
• High School diploma, GED, or six months to one-year related experience.
• Pesticide Applicator License preferred but is not required.
• Ability to study for and take appropriate state pesticide exams as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Pure provides a friendly and professional work environment. Our Field Specialists will mainly be working independently outdoors when the weather is beautiful all around the NH. Specialists will also have a home base at the Pure Solutions office in Hopkinton, NH. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a young, fast-growing company.
