About This Position
We are looking for dedicated Home Health RNs and LPNs to join our team. This position best serves those looking for a 13-week contract, traveling to different clients' homes throughout the Tri-Cities.
Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse for Kennewick/Tri-Cities WA for Home Health Nursing 13-week contract
Location:
Home visits. Periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and auto insurance.
Travel Time: approximately 65%.
Description:
Provides, coordinates, and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physician's orders based on agency policies and procedures, through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible to Clinical Manager Directly Supervises and Evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licenses.
Hours per Day - 8
M - F and prefer some coverage on weekends (4 hours) - negotiable
Hours per Week - 40
Area - Benton and Franklin Counties
Requirements:
Current and unencumbered LPN or RN license for the state of Washington.
A minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience is required.
Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience
Home Health Experience
Hospice Experience
Current CPR certification.
Able to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age-specific needs.
Must be familiar with the general use of and functions of the computer, such as user names and password concepts; internet; email; navigation of computer desktop, including starting programs, using files, and windows, effectively uses navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.
Vaccinated against Covid-19 (Booster not required)
Degree of Travel:
Home visits. Periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation, current driver?s license, and agency-required liability insurance.'
