We are looking to hire a Contract Coordinator to assist with the drafting and revision of our company’s employment agreements and offer letters. The Employment Agreement Administrator will be responsible for clarifying the terms of employment agreements with both Manager and Recruiters. They will also be responsible for reviewing current employment agreements, verifying accuracy, and resolving discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines. They will maintain files for original employment agreements, relevant correspondence, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with both the Manager and Recruiters in drafting employment agreements for associate doctors
  • Reviewing and updating existing employment agreements
  • Reviewing employment agreements for compliance with language guidelines
  • Ensuring all deadlines and conditions described on agreements are met
  • Obtaining employment agreement-related information from relevant parties
  • Reviewing employment agreements, verifying accuracy, and resolving discrepancies in line with company rules and guidelines. Communicating important updates to employment agreements with appropriate internal teams
  • Ensuring relevant documentation accompany employment agreements, and maintaining digital and hard copies of relevant documentation
  • Identifying potential risks changes made to employment agreements may pose to company
Requirements:
  • Associate degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient ability to detect errors and inconsistencies
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment
  • Office administration experience
