Prodeval operates in 4 interdependent industrial fields: biogas purification, green mobility (BioGNV, BioGNL), CO2 liquefaction, and services to the operator (maintenance, training, etc.) totalling €120m of turnover in 2021 and 310 employees, spread over 4 countries.

We are PRODEVAL CORP, a company working in the treatment and upgrading of Biogas from the Anaerobic Digestion of organic waste.

An independent and human-sized company, we provide our clients with tailored solutions for Biomethane production and distribution.

Leader on the French market we are now coming on the US market with the will to be successful too!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Civil engineering and site preparation

· Civil engineering audit preparation and realization

· Preparation / planning of the required documents and resources for the onsite work

· Welcoming of temporary workers and transmission of safety instruction.

· Prepare its own intervention and travels

Mechanical / Electrical assembly supervision and realization

· Site erection follow-up

· Supervision of Technical teams and subcontractors on site

· Carry out mechanical and electrical assembly according to the layout and electrical diagrams

· Assembly check of all equipment and reporting

Cold commissioning and warm commissioning assistance

· Power off all equipment before performing the test following the defined procedure

· Operation check of all electrical equipment on the unit

· Mechanical preparation following commissioning engineer request

· Hot start of the installation under supervision of the commissioning engineer

· Checking and repairing all leaks on the system and general assistance in troubleshooting

General site acceptance / Reporting

· Ensure customer satisfaction

· Ensure work compliance with the specifications

· Ensure site cleaning

· Ensure all sites reporting

· Ensure the signature by customer of the acceptance reports

CONDITIONS:

· Full time job

· Located in Schaumburg. You will be travelling through North America approximately 50% of the time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as a construction manager in building sector
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical plans
• Ability to communicate orally with clients and in writing through reports
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills.
