This position is for a highly unique and well diversified regional general contractor who has over $150M in current projects, and additional backlog approaching $220M in negotiated work to begin this year and early 2023. Be part of some of the highest profile work in Tampa!

Construction Project Manager Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Project Manager varies on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance

Construction Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides overall management for project, as well assists senior management on projects, including management of field staff, contracts, subcontractor, budgets, safety and the overall success of the project.
• Preconstruction-Full understanding of the contractual obligations, estimates, plans and specifications, developing strategy and schedule.
• Procurement-Purchasing strategy, negotiation of subcontracts, and buyout
• Performance-Monitor, supervise, and manage project performance against schedule and budget
• Schedule-Maintain and update a current CPM schedule
• Contract Administration-Responsible for oversight of all project documentation through closeout
• Relationships- Engage and Participate in all meetings on-site including pre-trade, subcontractor and AOC meetings
• Safety-Be a champion for project safety

Construction Project Manager Qualifications

• BS Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering or similar field from an accredited, four-year, college or university
• 2-5 years of experience with commercial, multifamily/mixed-use, or hotel/hospitality experience in a project management role
• Ideal candidates will have experience on projects of $15M+
• Prior experience with Procore, Bluebeam or other industry standard software
• Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines
• Must have stable work history
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
