General Construction Company located in Upper Marlboro, MD is looking for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in bidding all forms of construction projects, contracts, submittals, etc. as well as working knowledge in commercial metal framing and drywall. Must be able to read and understand blue prints,Spec,Submittals etc. Experience in directing crews, coordinating scheduling with owners and contractors is needed. We are looking for a motivated self starter that will bring construction knowledge and to reach out to current and potential new clients to bid projects and help us expand our customer database.
