Position: Construction Coordinator (Industrial)

Location: Ontario, CA 91764 (Onsite)
Rate/Salary: $83K - $86K (Depends on exp level) (W2 Only)

**Must be local or willing to relocate at your own expense**

Hours: M-F (8am-5pm)

Industrial Construction Coordinator (Superintendent) will support multiple projects sites. multiple projects across the North American Sales and Distribution sites. They will manage general contractors, testing agencies, budgets and schedules in support and coordination of overall Environmental & Facilities construction projects. They will administer construction contracts; conduct onsite inspections to monitor plan compliance, and conduct safety audits in compliance with construction safety program. Provide oversight of contractor activities to support project schedule and KPIs. Present status reports to owners. Receive, review and coordinate contract changes into project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing general contractors, testing agencies, budgets and schedules in support and coordination of overall Environmental & Facilities construction projects.
• Administer construction contracts; conduct on-site inspection to monitor plan compliance and conduct safety audits in compliance with construction safety program.
• Oversight of contractor activities to support project schedule and KPIs. Present status reports to owner. Receive, review and coordinate contract changes into project delivery.
• Traveling: Ontario, Portland, and San Francisco area but they would require travelling in rest of the West Coast and sometimes anywhere in USA as per business needs
• Working over-time, supporting weekend work jumping from between projects across US locations.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
** Education: Bachelors Degree (REQUIRED)
** MUST have Building (Industrial) Construction experience, understand Safety requirements with a OSHA 10 certified
** Must be able to travel 50% of the time (Domestically/USA - Portland, San Francisco, San Ramon, West Coast)

• 5+ years as a Construction Coordinator/Super Intendant, having supported building facilities - Industrial (REQUIRED)
• Construction project management experience, coordinating support, schedules and providing reports (KPI)
• Construction cost estimating and scheduling experience
• Ability to effectively communicate and convey project status using standardized reporting process
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Proficient in using MS Project (ability to create, update, and manage schedules)
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
• Able to work 25% of over-time, including extra hours to be covered on the weekends (outages), shutdowns and holidays

Desired/Nice To Have Skills:

• Experience managing civil and mechanical construction projects
