We are currently seeking a Configured Platform Alliance Technical Offering Director (Remote based role in US) to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Alliance Technical Offering Director, Configured Platform Role:

Responsibilities include:
- Own and manage overall NTT DATA Configured Platform’s joint offer development and technical enablement in conjunction with Partner and NTT DATA offerings team (configured platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, SAP, etc.)
- Enable and launch joint offerings within the sale organization and partner with the sales team to meet our client objectives accordingly
- Product/program manage the joint offerings and lead technical conversations with configured platform partners as well as sales teams and clients
- Secure competency and delivery capabilities (Including but not limited to tools, training, certifications, and sales enablement collaterals)
- Own and manage relationships with each configured platform Alliance leader and provide technical expertise for future joint roadmap/offer development
- Develop strategic relationships between our major configured platform partners and NTT DATA sales teams, marketing, digital practices, portfolio owners, and delivery organizations
- Partner with our strategic configured platform partners and create joint technology-driven offerings of the future that are in line with NTT Data objectives as well as our configured platform partners
- Enable pipeline and TCV growth for configured platform-enabled solutions and joint offerings
- Manage multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement and secure requirements fulfillment within agreed timelines.
- Key leader within Chief Digital and Strategy Office (CDSO) initially reporting into Strategic Alliances and One NTT, with dotted line into Digital Offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years in alliance, partner management, or related roles; must have direct experience with managing configured platform partnerships
- Thorough understanding of all partner programs and processes
- Experience enabling partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams
- Experience navigating and engaging multiple, matrixed teams in a large enterprise organization
- Experience with sales or alliance operational software platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, SAP, etc.) a plus
- Configured platform certification(s) a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25% (pending post-COVID travel guidance)
- Undergraduate degree or Masters
Minimum Basic Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years in alliance, partner management, or related roles;
- 4+ years direct experience with managing configured platform partnerships
- 4+ years experience enabling partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams
