Our company is looking for an attentive Concierge Specialist to provide information and support to clients. As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for offering support, information and assistance to clients calling our organization. You will be the point of contact for all clients at our company, providing them with expert answers in your particular area of expertise, answering questions and ensuring the smooth completion of their requests. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with people. Our ideal Concierge candidate must have a high level of communicational skills and enjoy

helping people. The goal is to provide a high-quality service to our clients and make their experience as pleasant as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and emails from clients and forward them to the appropriate department.
• Provide information on local events and activities to clients and via telephone.
• Make Travel arrangements as well as restaurant reservations.
• Research a variety of solutions needed by clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
