Concierge

Luxury property management company is seeking an experienced Concierge for its residential property in the downtown Brooklyn Area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in hospitality and security standards. You are an outgoing, high energy and driven professional, a team player and problem solver, as well as, able to multitask in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and visitors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Maintains Company's professional standards.
• Answer telephone calls and inquiries with accurate information for ownership, management and residents.
• Light lifting, receiving and logging packages and deliveries via computer and building software program (Building Link).
• Demonstrate competency in written, verbal and computer skills for documentation and logging purposes.
• The Concierge may also be required to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be flexible to work any schedule and holidays.
• Following procedures set by management, building superintendent and lead Concierge.
• Additional job duties, as requested.
• You are detailed oriented, self motivated and able to multitask
• This position MAY transition to FULL TIME.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability
