The Compliance Specialist is responsible for:
  • Overall compliance performance and management of the assigned Managed Service Programs (MSP).
  • Supporting compliance in credentialing throughout the organization by helping each organization track all certifications activities for subcontractor employees.
  • Maintain customer focused professional relationships with client, vendors, staff, and contractors.
  • Focuses on ensuring all onboarding, credentialing is accurately processed through each VMS organization assigned.

DAILY TASKS:
  • Working closely with the Director of Operations, Account Management and implementation team.
  • Audits all dates and documents to ensure they are current and correct.
  • Perform administrative duties such as answer phones, fax, filing, data entry, process incoming/outgoing mail, schedule orientation classes.
  • Update and maintain accurate reporting to account managers on upcoming starts and expiring credentials for all subcontractors.

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Working knowledge of desktop computers and Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet access, fax, copiers, phones, and other office equipment needed for the position function

SCHEDULE:
  • This is a full time, in-office position
  • 40+ hours guaranteed!
  • Flexible Monday through Friday schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • One or more years of office support in a healthcare environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
