Note: This job is located in our Hoboken, NJ office; we work off a hybrid model and come into the office two days per week.

If so, you are in the right place! We are looking for someone who will help ensure regulatory compliance for Tipico’s US sports betting and iGaming operation. This position requires someone who is passionate about sports betting and has an eye for detail.

The Compliance Analyst will report directly to the Director of Operational Compliance and work together with all departments within Tipico. This individual will be responsible for contributing to the regulatory compliance for Tipico. The position holder ensures this is done by doing the following:

• Review marketing and advertising Terms and Conditions and track all promotions the company runs for regulatory review
• Assist in the writing and updating of Internal Controls
• Assist with state expansion projects
• Develop procedures and make improvements to existing processes
• Maintain version control and update the website’s Terms and Conditions, House Rules, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming pages
• Assist with document collecting and information gathering for company licensing in states of expansion
• Ensure day-to-day regulatory compliance
• Track any customer complaints received through regulatory channels including Tipico’s responses to complaints, regulatory mandates, and customer activities
• Liaise with regulators

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years experience in compliance or risk management
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills
• The ability to read and interpret regulations
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a face-paced work environment

Salary for this position is $60k + bonus
