Summary of Job Descriptions:The Compensation Analyst position is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of the company’s Support Center base pay and bonus programs. This position conducts competitive analysis for Support Center benchmark jobs using a variety of compensation surveys and prepares reports and presentations on the results. The Compensation Analyst may conduct meetings with Support Center leaders on the results of the competitive analysis and provide recommendations on pay adjustments. This position prepares communications for Support Center compensation administration guidelines related to focal point pay increases and presentations to leadership on proposed changes to the Support Center base pay and bonus programs.

You’ll get a chance to:
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of the company’s Support Center base pay program and focal point compensation review process.
  • Conduct compensation analyses using a variety of compensation surveys to update the Support Center base pay structure or as the basis for recommendations on pay adjustments.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on the results of the competitive analysis and participates in meetings with Support Center leaders on the results, including any recommendations on pay adjustments.
  • Administer the Support Center bonus program and contribute to enhancing its design.
  • Participate in preparing and conducting presentations to leadership on proposed changes to the bonus program to achieve more effective program design.
  • Prepare communications for Support Center compensation administration guidelines related to focal point pay increases for distribution to leaders and associates to ensure understanding and appreciation of the company’s compensation and pay increase program.
  • Conduct presentations to associates on the base pay program.
  • Conduct total compensation research and competitive analysis to ascertain total compensation competitiveness for Support Center jobs.
  • Prepare presentation and may participate in presenting the results of the analysis to Support Center leaders.
  • Partner with Support Center leaders to provide analytical, administrative, and communications support related to requests for assistance on specific compensation issues.
  • Research and provide recommendations on emerging compensation tools, technology, and best practices.

Your background & experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CCP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum three years of relevant work experience with a focus on compensation analysis, preferably in a retail/hospitality or compensation consulting environment
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training.
  • If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
