Responsibilities and Duties - Community Outreach Specialist

• Ensure that all potential patients are treated with professionalism, courtesy, and compassion
• Friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Clearly describe and promote IMA services
• Accurate and timely reports weekly
• Drive brand awareness through marketing events and campaigns
• Comfortable speaking before small and large groups
• Work well with insurance agents/brokers, as well as internal staff

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (College preferred)
• At least 1 year Sales Experience preferred
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Requires travel within Hillsborough County
• Occasionally work weekends
• Bilingual a Plus

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIELD MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

As a Community Outreach Specialist you will perform presentations at retail locations, senior centers, and any community location promoting our medical doctors and services. The Community Outreach Specialist will ensure that all current and future patients are treated with professionalism, courtesy, and compassion. Also, you will need to speak in front of small or large groups with professionalism in our services.
