Samba Scientific is looking for a Community Manager to help handle the setup, measurement, optimization, and expansion of our latest community venture. Additional responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Create an international, online community for life scientists.
- Develop a vibrant, engaged audience measured on predefined KPIs
- Create and executed on a strategic Go To Market plan
- Drive end-user engagement and opt-ins using inbound marketing techniques
- Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and increase the size of the community.
- Overseeing all content development and deployment.
- Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar for community and internal initiatives.
- Create engaging content for our blogs, social media profiles, monthly newsletters, promotional videos and more.
- Create and deploy marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
- Work with a cross-functional team to identify and develop digital marketing product offerings.
- Coordinates different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.
- Create and oversee virtual and in-person events + conference exhibition.
- Execute community experiments to drive engagement.
- Provide community feedback to the management and stakeholders.
- Plan, attend and execute in social events, corporate events, workshops, and tradeshows to expand the community.
- Leverage data insights to drive continuous improvements to Community campaigns.
- Create scalable, innovative approaches to extracting, managing, and analyzing data from customers.
- Utilize, optimize, and report using the Google Suite: Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Page Speed Insights…etc. Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community using KPIs.
- Monitor and report to teammates on the performance of various marketing channels and campaigns.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Follows company’s values, vision, and mission.
- Reports weekly employee measurables/ KPI
- Follows and complete tasks assigned in Asana or other project management tools.
- Attends companywide meetings on a weekly basis.
- Creates and deploys digital campaigns via HubSpot
- Complete other tasks as assigned
