The Role

The Communications Specialist I assists the Marketing Services and Digital Services teams with creating and deploying email campaigns, basic pixel implementation, troubleshooting ad hoc digital and marketing projects, and general analytic support for internal and external clients.


What Will You Do?

  • Assists with composing, creating, and deploying, transactional email campaigns to ticket purchasers regarding event status updates
  • Supports pixel implementation by client request and communicating client expectations around the implementation of their pixels and assists with troubleshooting
  • Helps in producing and executing digital components of various AXS.com initiatives including homepage takeovers, waiting room layouts, and custom-branded event pages
  • Helps maintain departmental reporting and assists with creating dashboards for tracking KPIs
  • Participates in brainstorming strategies with team members

What Will You Bring?

  • 1+ Experience in a digital / email coordinator role
  • Working knowledge with an ESP (Campaigner, Exact Target, MailChimp, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic HTML/CSS or similar programs for web-based projects
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and Internet savvy with a passion for digital media
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Interest in the entertainment industry

Pay Scale: $14.73- $21.48
