Mosaic is currently seeking a Commercial Project Specialist to join the Customer Service Team in our Chantilly, VA Corporate Headquarters. This critical, customer-facing role will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of commercial project orders to ensure that each component surrounding the project, products, and delivery are fully correct and meet all required guidelines. The Commercial Project Specialist will work with outside customers and contractors, as well as product suppliers, in an effort to effectively service various order and supply needs. The Commercial Project Specialist will provide services through the management of a complex, email-based ordering system and will also be expected to achieve all predetermined deliverables set during each workday.
All About You::

• Have familiarity with servicing customers via email, utilizing ordering systems and using complex reporting tools
• Capable of thinking and acting independently with minimal supervision
• Effectively prioritize and adapt in a complex, fast-paced office environment
• Comfortable building and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external customers
• Thorough and detail-oriented, with excellent focus on obtaining results
• Highly experienced with computer applications including Microsoft Outlook and Excel

What You'll Do::

• Work within a team to process requests accurately and efficiently via email and telephone
• Maintain communication with internal and external customers
• Build trusted relationships with suppliers, customers and team members
• Communicate all pertinent issues with management in an attempt to resolve as quickly as possible

What We're Looking For::

• 2-5 years of customer service or inside-sales support experience
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with extreme attention to detail
• Background in building materials, remodeling, or interior design highly preferred, but not necessary
