Commercial HVAC Sales

Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience in the Commercial HVAC industry. Best served by someone that
has experience with large Commercial Rooftops and Applied Products (chillers, air handlers, etc).

Primary duties are: To promote the sales of commercial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning products in
the upstate New York, Western Massachusetts and Vermont regions. Responsibilities include:

• Managing commercial accounts with responsibility for sales and support.
• Estimating and pricing commercial projects.
• Calling on (visiting) dealers and mechanical contractors
  

Genuine person that can build relationships. Confident and comfortable is a competitive sales atmosphere.
Candidates must be a self-starter, proficient with computers, work well under pressure, have good organizational
skills, the ability to manage varied tasks simultaneously and work well with associates. Candidate should be able to
put out high quality work in a fast paced environment and be career oriented. Qualified candidate will be eligible
for advancement. A valid driver’s license is required.

Guaranteed draw (salary) and commission opportunities. In addition, a car allowance, cell phone, iPad
and lap top will be provided.
