Must possess a valid Body Shop Estimators license for State of PA

We provide a large, State of the Art, clean and updated shop that is 22,000 sq feet in size.

Our very busy program has 16 direct repair insurance connections and over 30 other insurance programs we network with.

We have three, new full size frame machines, one full size water based paint heated booth, two down draft decks, four detail bays, and six in ground lifts for the techs

Responsibilities of the Body Shop Estimator include, but are not limited, to the following;

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide cheerful and excellent customer service to all current and potential customers
• Prepare all estimates in an accurate and efficient manner, keeping in mind that the estimate later becomes the blueprint for the repairs.
• Review all final bills and supplemental billings for accuracy, and thoroughly check the final repairs prior to delivery to the customer.
• Educate customers in the Collision repair process, including insurance procedures, motorists' bill of rights, repair techniques, and safety.
• Porter vehicles, customers, employees to other locations as directed by management
• Attend daily release meeting, review the current state of sales and production, and plain daily, weekly and monthly strategies to boost performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• At least two years of Body Shop Estimating experiencing
• Familiar with CCC1 program
• Must be capable of handling the physical aspects of the collision repair business, i.e., bending, stooping, crawling in all weather conditions, standing for long periods of time, and exposure to dust exhaust fumes and a variety of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving history
