Would you say you have experience providing world class customer service? We have a local company in Lanham, MD that is in need of someone with your expertise! This is a high volume collections environment where you will be getting in contact with customers (both individual and businesses) via phone and email to retrieve any necessary information, and to collect on any past due debt. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly reliable, and able to work efficiently independently. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 1 month. Responsibilities

• Contact clients with owed debt to resolve payment/ create payment agreements
• Must be comfortable communicating with clients over the phone and via email
• Assist in preparing and sending accounts to 3rd party collector once collections efforts have been exhausted
