This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to oversee CNC operations, applications, programming and design activities. This is a full-time position located in Peekskill, NY. Compensation is competitive, commensurate

Responsibilities:
- Program, setup and run 3-axis vertical CNC Mills in a low-volume / high-mix workflow
- Cut material, set fixtures, build tooling, run programs, deburr and finish parts
- Machine complex components to tight tolerances in materials with tight deadlines
- Use inspection and measurement tools to validate your work
- Document and track of machine processes and results when necessary
- Provide feedback to engineers, senior machinists and programmers on design and

- Maintain equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Perform all tasks in accordance with safety policies
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for Bantam Tools
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with programming
- Must be well versed in 3 axis CNC machines
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Root cause analysis and problem solving
- Experience with CAD/CAM, 3D Modeling
